In most cases, you will receive the diagnostic results within 1-2 days. If your PC or Mac has extensive liquid or physical damage, please allow up to 4 days for diagnostics.

We offer fixed, per-incident pricing. Most services are completed within 2-3 days. If specific parts need to be ordered, the timeframe can be longer.

We also understand some clients prefer hassle free on-site service without having to bring the computer or mobile device to us. We offer pickup and delivery for an additional fee depending on your location.

Pricing

We offer mobile and on-site service. Sometimes we will need to bring the device into our repair shop to properly diagnose and perform services.

In most cases, you will receive the diagnostic results within 8-12 hours. If your PC or Mac has extensive liquid or physical damage, please allow up to 72 hours for diagnostics.

We offer fixed, per-incident pricing. Most in-store services are completed within 2-3 days. A diagnostic fee of $79 is charged to examine your device. Fee is waived if repairs are approved.

We fully understand the need to have your PC, Mac, or mobile device back in action as soon as possible. For an additional rush fee, some repairs or services can be expedited. Our techs work 6 days a week. In certain cases, such as liquid or physical damage, we must order multiple rounds of parts, so the repair time is longer.

Residential On-Site Computer Repairs and Networking
PC or Mac (Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, Vista, XP, and all Apple products including Apple TV)
1 hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments. Diagnostics are $79; fee waived is repair is completed.

PC or Mac: All of the above, plus Windows Server 2003 & 2008, and 2011, 2016, 2019. No Linux/Unix Server Support.
1 hour minimum, billed in 15-minute increments.
Network Engineers – Microsoft – CISCO – Aloha – Digital Dining Certified Technicians offered for $225 per hour

Rental of PC or Mac
Client may choose a laptop or desktop running Windows 10.
Rental includes all necessary accessories, including foreign travel adapters upon request.
Discounts on long-term rentals.
We can load specific software for your needs, for an additional charge. Please inquire.
Drivers License, credit card or fully-refundable cash deposit required.

Please contact us for availability of Apple product rentals and rental deposit requirements. Deposit amount varies depending on terms and specifications of rental unit.
We appreciate advance notice of any rentals so that we can have the proper computer/device ready for delivery.

Rental of Wireless Internet Hotspot for Mobile Internet Access – Each device supports up to 5 users!

Recommended by production and film crews on-location or for business users while traveling.

Concierge Service within 35 miles of Los Angeles:
We will send a driver ASAP to pick up your unit for service.
We will perform the diagnostic and any necessary repairs, and quickly re-deliver your computer or mobile device
